This "headboard" is made from a curtain rod and pillows. Decorative pillows can spice up the space, and it's an affordable way to make a headboard. The pillows are attached to ribbons, which are tied to the curtain rod. Store-bought pillows could make this even easier. The curtain rod shown here is a small round rod (3/4" would work well) with small ball finials. A custom finish can complete your look to match your room.
